Hi, We have installed ‘WordPress Users & WooCommerce Customers Import Export(BASIC) Version 2.1.8 | By WebToffee’ and the problem is the exported CSV from the website is producing incorrect User role results.<\/p>\n
For example, below:
\nDrupal: XYZ is a Legacy Customer with 5% Personal Discount
\nWooCommerce site manual look up: XYZ is a ‘Legacy_05’. Missing ‘Customer’ tag.
\nWooCommerce downloaded CSV report: XYZ is a ‘customer_legacy’. Missing the value ’05’<\/p>\n
Another example:
\nDrupal: ABC is a Legacy Customer with 10% Personal Discount
\nWooCommerce site manual look up: ABC is a ‘Legacy_10’. Missing ‘Customer’ tag.
\nWooCommerce downloaded CSV report: ABC is a ‘distributor_legacy_10’. ‘Distributor’ tag is extra which is not present on WC site.<\/p>\n
