Header background doesn&#8217;t work. Requires extra plugins for features. Preview in Customize screen doesn&#8217;t carry all the formatting. No written documentation, video only, with no way to find the exact marker for specific topics. (Ex. Header Image at 4:00.) Doesn&#8217;t appear that support threads are responded to at all.
