The plugin enqueues css file with double slash, similar to
\nhttps:\/\/…\/wp-content\/plugins\/column-shortcodes\/\/assets\/css\/shortcodes.css<\/p>\n

Notice the double slash just prior to assets folder name.<\/p>\n

column-shortcodes.php contains;
\nwp_enqueue_style( 'cpsh-shortcodes', $this->get_url() . '\/assets\/css\/shortcodes.css', array(), $this->get_version(), 'all' );<\/code><\/p>\n

… where $this->get_url() produces path with trailing slash like;
\nhttps:\/\/...\/wp-content\/plugins\/column-shortcodes\/<\/code><\/p>\n
