How can I achieve “Ignore Query String” like some CDNs do?<\/p>\n

Whether the url is<\/p>\n

https:\/\/www.example.com\/cars\nhttps:\/\/www.example.com\/cars?=123\nhttps:\/\/www.example.com\/cars?data=123\nhttps:\/\/www.example.com\/cars?selection=abc<\/code><\/pre>\n
W3TC should only cache https:\/\/www.example.com\/cars<\/code>.
\nNow if I open https:\/\/www.example.com\/cars?=123<\/code> then W3TC doesn’t cache the cars<\/code> page. It should, no matter if “Cache URIs with query string variables”<\/em> is turned off, since I don’t want hundreds of cached occurances of the same cars page.<\/p>\n
As I remember it worked in 0.9.5.4!
