First, I&#8217;ve searched the forum and found no recent question on this topic. Hope this is a proper place to post my inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Our tiny blog (few posts a month and a few comments a month) is getting hit with an overload of registration spam. Bots are registering, getting past the Captcha 4.5 plug-in. It was manageable for awhile but has become much  worse the last two months. <\/p>\n<p>Disabling registration is not an option. See no built in option in WP 5.5.3 to set-up registration confirmation email. Have JetPack plug-in installed.<\/p>\n<p>Prefer a simple solution. Something the user community approves. I&#8217;ve searched through plug-ins on WP site, but overwhelmed by the options.<\/p>\n<p>Your recommendations are appreciated.
