They read the emails. <\/p>\n<p>There is no way to cancel the subscription but they also won&#8217;t answer any requests to cancel. They&#8217;ve been charging me for over 6 months even though I&#8217;ve asked not to.<\/p>\n<p>This seems to be an issue with ours as well.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve contacted Freemius (their processor) who have not stopped the charges.
