If you have Google analytics also set up in GTM, there is a double implementation of the measure code and the Google Tag Assistant extension tells you: Same web property ID is tracked twice. If I have delete the Google analytics Tage, there is another error message there: No Google Analytics HTTP responses because opted out code detected.
