Tried to contact them to upgrade my account so I could purchase a higher tiered plan &#8211; contact form broken. Emailed them. Took 2 days to get a response of them forwarding to someone else to help. Another couple of days go by and nothing. <\/p>\n<p>Found another plugin in meantime so my site could be functional. Liked the other plugin better and its FREE. Support also responded within 15 min! <\/p>\n<p>Emailed iflychat to cancel my upgrade request and they got back to me in 10 min.
