{"id":12964117,"date":"2020-06-10T08:28:50","date_gmt":"2020-06-10T08:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/activity-types-missing\/"},"modified":"2020-06-10T08:29:37","modified_gmt":"2020-06-10T08:29:37","slug":"activity-types-missing","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/activity-types-missing\/","title":{"rendered":"Activity types missing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I created a new activity type called &#8220;web form&#8221; for contacts AND cases and a Caldera form to send data to CiviCRM.<br \/>\nBut when I try to set up the processor for this form this new option doesn&#8217;t show up in the activity type dropdown list. <\/p>\n<p>Another new activity type called &#8220;Videochat&#8221; does appear in the dropdown list as expected though.<\/p>\n<p>What could be wrong?
