I was wondering why that is? Can you explain?<\/p>\n<p>So then I thought I would check if the plugin actually does backup the db by reading your description at https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-backitup\/<\/p>\n<p>(Maybe it does not backup the db and that is why you do not describe it in your manual restore article)<\/p>\n<p>I found it interesting that there was no mention of the database being backed up in the first paragraphs. So I searched for &#8220;database&#8221; in the page and found:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Complete backup, includes database, plugins, themes, uploads, media files, everything<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>later down the page.<\/p>\n<p>But ok so the plugin does backup the db but why not mention the restore of the db in your manual restore article?<\/p>\n<p>And come to think of it, if as you say the plugin backs up &#8220;everything&#8221; why not have an article that describes how to restore everything.
