When I import a starter site on a new multisite install, the spinning wheel never stops.  It just says &#8220;Your Selected Site Is Being Imported.&#8221;  But the spinning wheel never stops spinning.  I have removed the plugin, and re-installed it.  I have tried to reset apache, mysql, ngnix, php fpm, memcache, it hasn&#8217;t worked.  I upgraded php to 7.3, but it didn&#8217;t work.  I tried on an existing subsite to import a page, and I still get the spinning wheel.  I switched from chrome to firefox, and it didn&#8217;t help.  Are your the starter site servers down right now?  I can&#8217;t figure out if my setup is the problem, or if the starter sites servers are down.
