I used to develop in Drupal, and must say I dislike to limitations I’m having with wordpress. E.g. a store locator.<\/p>\n
I have around 100 categories. I have parent categories aka:
\n– A
\n— A1
\n— A2
\n— A3
\n– B
\n— B1
\n— B2
\n— B3
\n– C
\n— C1
\n— C2
\n— C3
\n— C4<\/p>\n
I have around 60 markers. Each of these markers belong to different categories. Some of the markers belong to many categories. Markers have contact details (phone, email and website along with description and image).<\/p>\n
I need to be able to create maps showing:
\n1. Only the markers of the category A, where the user can filter ONLY for A1, A2, A3 (and not back up to category B or C), another map for only the B subcategories,…
\n2. categories should be stylable (aka with ‘span’ wrapped around the checkbox)
\n3. the map should be able to calculate how far you are from the marker that is left
\n4. empty categories should be excluded from the filter<\/p>\n
