If I add the shortcode to a page I get &#8220;Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.&#8221; . Adding the widget displays the form, but nothing happens when submitting a valid tracking code (nothing seems to be posted on the network). <\/p>\n<p>Might not be relevant but google recaptcha is active on the page.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally, I would like the text &#8220;&#8230;shipped via Sendle on February 13, 2020 with tracking number &#8230;&#8221; to be linked to the tracking page.<\/p>\n<p>May be relevant &#8211; I have shipstation installed, which sends an email with a tracking link (track.sendle.com&#8230;), this all works fine.
