On the footnote I have described on the page in question, it refers to an external site for the unicode graphic at the end of the footnote: <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u21a9\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/svg\/21a9.svg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Is it possible to alter that somewhere in WordPress so it does not refer to an external .svg image file?
