I haven&#8217;t been able to update this plugin since 3.4.4. <\/p>\n<p>This is the error I get when I try to update from the Installed Plugins page: <\/p>\n<p>Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.<\/p>\n<p>And this is the error I get when I try to update from the Updates page: <\/p>\n<p>Downloading update from https:\/\/downloads.wordpress.org\/plugin\/backwpup.3.6.9.zip\u2026<br \/>\nUnpacking the update\u2026<br \/>\nInstalling the latest version\u2026<br \/>\nRemoving the old version of the plugin\u2026<br \/>\nPlugin update failed.<\/p>\n<p>An error occurred while updating BackWPup: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files.
