I installed the plugin and it’s unable to grab the videos from my account. <\/p>\n
Cloudflare blocks the access. I asked for the IP of their bot but didn’t get it. Instead, they want my WordPress login. <\/p>\n
That doesn’t make a ton of sense as it’s blocked at the Cloudflare level and the competence of their support or lack thereof doesn’t motivate me to share access to my admin. <\/p>\n
The reason for my brutal 1* review is that this was the third time I contacted support and the experience was negative each time. <\/p>\n
Since 8 months, they did not solve the issue with “error in code” on WordPress when embedding their videos in sidebars, popups – no matter if use “fallback” or not. The difference is “can’t post because of 1 html error” and “can’t post because of 3 html errors”<\/p>\n
It appears their support agents get paid per reply.
