I received a few different errors while trying to set this plugin up. I eventually got it to work but now every time I try to edit the actual form, it gives me errors. Tried to contact support and couldn’t find an easy way to do this. When I FINALLY found the form to submit my issue, it kept giving me errors when trying to submit it. Finally, I figured out why it kept giving me errors but when I corrected it, the form was stuck in a spinning loop so it was never sent (or it leads me to believe it wasn’t sent). I would not recommend wasting time with this plugin unless the developer makes it much easier to contact him.
