I think the plugin works very well just a couple of things:<\/p>\n

1. The plugin change the > to ‘& gt;’ in css example:
\n.vc_table>tbody>tr>td<\/code>
\nis changed to
\n.vc_table& gt;tbody& gt;tr& gt;td<\/code>
\nSo it’s not read by css.<\/p>\n

2. When there are links with an anchor like #anchor, the plugin changes that to #anchorindex.html<\/p>\n
