I am impressed with the level of security it added to my sites, but I am even more impressed with the support I have received whenever I had a question or have a problem. When I added the WordFence Plugin my sites already had spam and adware. I had contacted them a few times trying to fix my existing problems and each time I received a quick response. IMO WordFence is a keeper.
