I’ve been trying with the free version and then the pro version, but ran into difficulties with some keywords – where the spaces immediately before and after were ‘eaten’. I realise you have a post on that below, but now my problem is different.<\/p>\n
I have deactivated and deleted both plugins, but one of the keywords (‘agenda’) still shows up on the webpage! I’ve ensured the keyword was deleted from My Keywords (and the trash cleared) before deactivation. I’ve purged the cache and tested from many different browsers, but the keyword remains highlighted!<\/p>\n
How is this possible? The inspector shows that it is still recognised as a span class (bluet_tooltip tooltipy-kw tooltipy-kw-4384).<\/p>\n
Please could you help me bring the webpage back to its original state? I’d like to try again with the plugin once I can ensure I’m starting afresh.<\/p>\n
