If you do not provide an updated changelog then your users don&#8217;t know what changes \/ fixes have been made since the previous release and therefore can&#8217;t modify any custom changes they have done to files to make sure everything remains functional 100% before they upgrade. I have checked the changelog on your website as well as tried to view the changelog from the plugins area in wp-admin and neither shows anything related to the most current release 1.3.4 that was released 2 days ago.
