I don’t usually write a bad review, nor do I go out of my way to write a review.<\/p>\n
But I was shocked at the treatment\/support I got from this company. I have changed my mind on the theme after I purchased it, as I have found that a lot of my purchased plug-ins did not work with the theme. <\/p>\n
I requested a refund which was within the first 7-days (as their policy states) and they have refused my reasoning (I gave them 3 VALID reasons; plug-ins don’t work, options I need aren’t available, their demo\/layouts don’t work). <\/p>\n
Their support is rude and unreasonable, they will NOT give you a refund if you change your mind. They even had the audacity to try and sell me their service, “Our customization rate is $ 15 per hour.” What an absolute joke.<\/p>\n
Theme is okay but as I said not many plug-ins work with it. There are a lot of better themes out there (with the same price) that offer what this theme does and more.
