I just updated the lazy-load plugin and it crashed my client&#8217;s site with the following error message:<\/p>\n<p>Parse error: syntax error, unexpected &#8216;.&#8217;, expecting &#8216;,&#8217; or &#8216;;&#8217; in \/public_html\/wp-content\/plugins\/a3-lazy-load\/admin\/admin-ui.php on line 37<\/p>\n<p>In your reply to jayo you stated that &#8220;As soon as you upgrade to PHP 5.6 or higher you will not have the issue.&#8221; But my webhost is running PHP version: 5.6.30, and the upgrade still crashed the site.<\/p>\n<p>I had to FTP in and remove the plugin to get the site to load.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-10017913","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/10017913","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/10017913\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10017922,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/10017913\/revisions\/10017922"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=10017913"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
