Not responsive
By , for WP 4.3.1

This is not responsive from what I can see, so it's pretty useless on my websites. I have tried to remove the width of the poll, which defaults to 200px, but that messes up everything.

Presentation is basic, it's not very pretty. It's a fairly comprehensive plugin, however, so if responsiveness is not important, it looks like a good option.

Doesn't work

Cannot Style with CSS
By , for WP 4.3.1

For some reason, the authors of this plugin made the dumb decision to add a random number to the end of the class names that changes every time you reload the page, so it's impossible to style with CSS!

This makes the plugin completely useless.

It simply works great.

It does what it says, and in a great and simple way. Thanks.

Out of votes (NOT!!) and freaking out!!
By , for WP 4.3.1

We have a major, annual contest in progress and are freaking out from the pressure to get this fixed ... like a week ago!!! The problem: Unless we completely open the poll up to multiple votes, we are unable to set the timing. Upon the very 1st vote one gets the "Out of votes" message. We purchased the Pro version thinking this would help, but it hasn't. Biting our fingernails waiting for support to respond.

Was good but since update...

Hello guys.

At the beginning the plugin worked fine but since some new updates the plugin ist displaying any votings.

The support isnt helping at all, just ignoring me. This is not how it its supposed to be...

Until today all my votings arent displaying.

Biggest load of SPAM I have ever downloaded. Installed and activated the app and key pages in the backend went blank/white - such as the 'installed plugins' page and others - basically any page that you could look at removing the plugin. So I had to log into an FTP client and change the name of the plugin folder to stop it working so that it would deactivate, so I could then delete the app. Went to delete the app and a clever bit of programming selected all the plugins on actioning this and asked me if I wanted to delete all. So again I went to the FTP client to remove the plugin folder. My advice, don't download!

Facebook Comments Plugin
By , for WP 4.2.4

UPDATE: Half the problem solved but good enough for now to restore 5 stars. THANK YOU!

I have one major issue that seems to crop up in the Polls. Every poll displays the Facebook Comments Plugin. I don't even have the FB Comments Plugin installed on my sight. But at the bottom of each poll, there's the Facebook Comments box.

How do I get rid of it?

My site is http://www.marriedheat.com if you want to take a look.

When this is resolved, 5 stars! Love the program but I need to get rid of the Facebook comments!

My site went blank immediately after activating the plugin

The plug-in error is probably a result of a conflict with another plug-in as I can see from the reviews that most people get it working. After I installed and activated this plug-in, my website no longer showed any content on either the front or the back-end (wp-admin pages). I had to go in through ftp and rename the folder to deactivate it, and I then uninstalled the plug-in.

Please take my review for what it is: One person's experience, and since it did not even work, I could not give it any other rating.

However, I also acknowledge the time that programmers put into developing these plugins, and as there are soooo many wordpress plugins I can see how conflicts like this can easily happen.

Generally, when I look for plugins, I look at the one-star ratings and base my decision on the developer's responses. If they engage, then they care. And were I to rate this plugin on that criteria, the developer of YOP would receive a much higher rating.
