For now, one of the moste accurate related post plugin
Used to love the plugin, but the limitation on database type (see numerous support posts) has caused me to downgrade to 3 stars. :-(
This plugins was great, until InnoDB started becoming the norm for WordPress instead of MyISAM. So many users, including myself asked to update the plugin to work with InnoDB especially that full text indexing is now available in InnoDB, however the developer is not responding to our requests and not updating the plugin. I would have given the plugin 5 stars, however since it is unusable with InnoDB then you get one star. I would have given zero starts if possible, but no luck.
Yarpp slow down sites????? My website works very well and it has lots of articles, check it : http://www.pubblicitàmarketing.it/
You can see yarpp on the sub pages and the website is very fast anyway
Surf my website, it is always fast (2000 more pages). The secret? Use a cache plugin like wp-super cache or w3 total cache so you will have "Static pages"
Yarpp with the right configuration, give you also a big SEO benefit
Check it now on the support page my yarpp guide : Yarpp perfect configuration guide (SEO and speed)
Was looking for a plugin to improve my internal linking and SEO on a new site and this is the best one I found. Works well so far. May slow down a large site but so far so good with my current project.
You can select options to avoid posts by category or tag type but you can't disallow pages. So if you don't want your 'private policy' or pages that are behind a login to be listed, you can't manually exlude them.
This is a good plug-in. I recommend it.
Overrides theme CSS with its own via !important declarations. Fix it!
The plugin does not work with pages attachments. :( (Setting Automatically display related content from YARPP Basic on: Attachments)
According to the plugin P3 that tests performance this took up alot of resources on my VPS. Avoid. It is a known resource hog. Better to use the built-in Jetpack related functionality.
