It was working fine about a year ago. Then it stopped doing anything. No mobile/desktop switcher link, no mobile contents, nothing. Removed, reinstalled from scratch, tried on many mobile devices - nothing.
Plugin is useless. When activated, it displays a "Leave a Reply" form on every page. Doesn't actually convert the site to a responsive (or mobile friendly) layout.
Rubbish plugin. The menu is fixed down the right of the mobile screen taking up 40% of the page, which covers the page content.
Used to work great now the plug-in crashes my site if it is enabled. Please fix this.
After reading (Looking back, most likely Paid) Reviews indicating this was the best plugin for really optimising a site for mobile performance I jumped right in. I bought a developer bundle to use across multiple sites and the plugin looked great!
Until it didn't work. And then it went even further downhill from there.
I contacted customer support, and after 3 MONTHS of me repeating myself, them obviously not being competent enough to read my replay and posting the same generic message back. One of the owners apologised and refunded me.
They vowed that it wouldn't happen again and they would be looking into the support issue to solve it for future customers.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt - and still having access to my now free account - I contacted support again.
Exactly the same. Takes 2-5 days to respond at best. Responses hardly ever actually address the queries you raise. There is always an excuse of why it won't work - never any solutions or support - even though they kept telling me they offer onsite support to help you integrate the software.
It's now been nearly 5 months - The software is near useless.
On an added note - IT DOES NOT WORK WITH VISUAL COMPOSER.
Not only that, it apparently does not play well with any other plugin.
(Even though WPTouch supposedly allows you to disable plugins for mobile sites - which doesn't work).
TL:DR - A Dreadful Company. Horrendous Support of what could potentially be a useful bit of kit. - STEER CLEAR.
Attention, after purchasing the product, the service disappears. After a timid approach with Christopher Ross, a few days ago, one of the leaders of the service, nothing more. I would get a refund, but how can I do?
I hope that other producers of plugins are not like these
It says on your site that it "works on all popular mobile platforms", including FirefoxOS, but I found that to be false. It has all kind of errors everytime I'm launching my site from a FFOS browser and I can't navigate it.
After a lot of research I bought the WP Touch Pro plugin. It didn't work straight away (didn't display ads, menu was working, etc.) It was starting to cost me money so I contacted customer support, who got back to me very quickly. I gave a guy called Christopher access to my site to see if he could fix it. That was almost 2 weeks ago.
I've emailed their support team individually and collectively multiple times to see if this can be fixed before their 14 day money back guarantee expires. I've not received any response and the plugin still doesn't work. I have no faith left in the app and would like my money back but there's no on to contact.
Avoid the Pro version of this app like the plague. I'm going to have to contact Visa, and tell them I've been ripped off to have any hope of getting my money back.
Since the latest update, the front page of my blog (using Pinboard theme) no longer shows latest posts. I hope there's a fix coming soon.
When I deleted this plugin, it began to display my site as mobile when viewed on a desktop. Even after emptying cash on site and on browsers, it still remains! How do you get completely rid of it?
