Had to uninstall
By , for WP 4.4.1

Too many compatibility problems with Wordfence Falcon Engine: mobile theme showing on desktop. Insufficient and unclear support received for this problem, so I uninstalled (which is a pity, because the themes are nice).

Problems with the latest update
By , for WP 4.4.1

The plugin was great up until version 3. But v.4 removed some features and is full of bugs in others.

no me reconoce el menu seleccionado
By , for WP 4.4.1

En la última versión han dejado de funcionar los menus. No me reconoce el que tengo seleccionado para mostrar en el tema móvil. En su lugar muestra todas las paginas que tengo creadas. Solución?

Poor Update
By , for WP 4.3.1

Slowed site, no support. After using the plugin successfully over the last year it seems it is now on struggling to keep up with better alternatives.

Dreadful Customer Service
By , for WP 4.3.1

After reading (Looking back, most likely Paid) Reviews indicating this was the best plugin for really optimising a site for mobile performance I jumped right in. I bought a developer bundle to use across multiple sites and the plugin looked great!

Until it didn't work. And then it went even further downhill from there.
I contacted customer support, and after 3 MONTHS of me repeating myself, them obviously not being competent enough to read my replay and posting the same generic message back. One of the owners apologised and refunded me.

They vowed that it wouldn't happen again and they would be looking into the support issue to solve it for future customers.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt - and still having access to my now free account - I contacted support again.

Exactly the same. Takes 2-5 days to respond at best. Responses hardly ever actually address the queries you raise. There is always an excuse of why it won't work - never any solutions or support - even though they kept telling me they offer onsite support to help you integrate the software.

It's now been nearly 5 months - The software is near useless.

Not only that, it apparently does not play well with any other plugin.

(Even though WPTouch supposedly allows you to disable plugins for mobile sites - which doesn't work).

TL:DR - A Dreadful Company. Horrendous Support of what could potentially be a useful bit of kit. - STEER CLEAR.

This is a great plugin

The best I have used.

Decent plugin

It's a decent plugin but it won't work with every theme. You just have to test it out.

Wp touch pro big problems
By , for WP 4.3.1

Attention, after purchasing the product, the service disappears. After a timid approach with Christopher Ross, a few days ago, one of the leaders of the service, nothing more. I would get a refund, but how can I do?

I hope that other producers of plugins are not like these

Pro users: Be very careful with Version 4 of WPTouch
By , for WP 4.3.1

I have been using WPTouch Pro version 3 (3.9) on my site and it was working very well. WPTouch is an excellent product and I have gotten great responses from support staff with previous issues.
To address an new problem re particular mobile devices, tech support at WPTouch suggested moving to version 4. This version is markedly different than version 3 in terms of settings controls and makes use of the WP Customizer for mobile theme changes. In my case, the mobile themes were not displayed in the Customizer and an inadvertent keystroke resulted in changes to the desktop theme that could only be fixed thru restore of a backup.
So, my advice to Pro users contemplating version 4 is make a full and complete backup (offsite) of your website before proceeding.

Not honest about lack of tablet support
By , for WP 4.3.1

My client found out that WP Touch's free product does not support tablets. In fact, it throws a error message and doesn't even attempt to draw *anything* for tablet users.

I found this highly unprofessional. If I'd known about this limitation up front, I would've gladly paid for Pro. Instead, I have to find out the hardest way possible.

This is part of the whole WP plugin bait-and-switch epidemic. I'm happy to pay for good software, but I am insulted by developers who don't bother with honesty.
