Very quick to configure and has a great feature set. Would be nice to have the ability to assign to a user email when the ticket is created by an admin. Custom fields are extremely flexible and easy to add, but if you want to edit a listbox you need to delete the entry and recreate it.
I'm quite impressed with this plugin, and fixing those two issues would easily get the full 5 stars.
This is one of the best plugins and has some advanced functions that a really great for customization.
With the high frequency of the updates, and the ease to communicate with the author about new features and other issues, this is really fun to work with!
Ensure that you set "Allow Guests" to "false" if you want it to work for guests because it is coded backwards. Other than that, this is a very basic but functional plugin that will give you a help ticket system. I'm going to add some additional functionality to mine - a required email field if the user is a guest should be mandatory, at the minimum. Good job!
I just installed, went to the setup, and slapped on the shortcode - Tested and it works, pretty easy.
The reason it's not getting five stars is because its sloppy - the email address box is way too short, and the text on the "Add a new Ticket button is off center and runs out of the right side of the box. We can't put this on a clients site, so we'll need to edit...
