Very Good
By , for WP 4.1.1

Thus far this seems to be a very good and mostly easy to use plugin. Just remember that if you hide a plugin from a sub-site, and you view the sub-site as the super-admin, you will see it in the list. That tricked me at first. However, the plugin does work and hide the plugin from a non-super-admin.

The person who gave this a 1 star clearly has no idea about how things work. This plugin has nothing to do (as far as I know) with the developers of WPMU.

5 stars ? You make me laugh !

Probably this guy who rate 5 stars works on WPMU ! The WPMU has the worst Plug Ins on the entire wordpress they force you to pay a membership and give NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER ! Save your time time and a lot of frustrations by staying away from WPMU Plug ins.

One of a kind ~ it just works!

If you need it, you need it. Its a one of a kind plugin. I use it to manage my own network of sites where clients are not always to tech-savvy and we all ~ me and the other site users ~ need to be protected from them.
Never had a problem with it. It just works. If I could award six stars I would.
