This is absolutely fantastic! Google form based on URL Parameter.
By , for WP 4.1

This plugin was EXACTLY what I needed, and it does with it says very well. I used the provided shortcode along with a little functions hack to allow me to change the google form based on the url of the webpage.

add_shortcode('gfm', 'google_form');

function google_form() {

   return do_shortcode("[gform form='https://docs.google.com/forms/d/".$_GET['gfm']."' style='ajax' alert='Thanks! Your form has been submitted.']");

So when someone visits the url

They get that specific form.

styles beautifully!

If you know CSS, this allows the most control over your forms, period. Super plugin!

Powerful, and lovely support

It's great to have so many options, but that means it is very useful to read the instructions!

Great Plugin, Developer AND Support
By , for WP 3.9.2

I was having very few problems when using this plugin on a few of my websites, all of which I managed to fix through my own, very limited CSS knowledge.

When I did have a problem I couldn't fix, I posted it on the support thread. It was answered promptly by Mike.

He even did me a great service in looking at a few other visual issues and resolved them for me without me asking.

You really can't beat a plugin with TOP NOTCH support.

EXCELLENT is really all I can say. I want to use this in place of any other forms we currently have, and will be working to switch them all over.

Excellent Plugin, works well with Tempera
By , for WP 3.9.2

The developer is extremely active and supportive and keeps the plugin current. Following CSS settings work beautifully with Tempera theme

/* Tempera Custom CSS */
.ss-section-title {font-family: Georgia,Times,serif !important;  border-top: double black; border-top-style: solid;  } /* Change the form Title to a Serrif Font and add a black border*/
.ss-form-container li { list-style-type: none !important; transition: 0s background-color; } /* Change the form Title to a Remove Bullets from the Answer Choices List and add a mild hover effect */
.ss-form-container  li:hover { background-color:rgba(255,255,0,0.3) !important; transition-delay:0.2s; }
.ss-q-long {min-width: 250px; } /* Minimum Width of short text questions */
.ss-q-short  {min-width: 250px; } /* Minimum Width of long text questions */
.ss-form-entry > input[type="submit"] { background-color: rgb(140, 245, 245); }  /* Style the Buttons */
.progress-label { background-color: rgb(224, 255, 255);  }  /* Style the Progress Section  */
.ss-q-title {font-family: Georgia,Times,serif; color: #e8280e;  font-style:italic;  font-size : 1.2em;} /* Style the Questions Text  */
.ss-form-question {  border-top: double grey; border-top-style: solid; padding: 10px 10px; }  /* Grey bars between questions */

It does what it says and it does it well. Combines simple integration and use with custom and advanced options! Can you tell that the form from this page is a google forms form? :)
I didn't manage translating it, even tough i translated with poedit and put the right files, named the right way in the right folders, so I changed the language directly in the wpgform-core.php file. But maybe I'm just limited or something...

Quick and simple

We are using this plugin to show survey example in one of our blog posts.

It works very well but we are having few language problems. Our page is in catalan, our google drive too. However some messages apear in Spanish.

So simple, so good, so great support!

This plugin works as it promises!

Hands-down the best survey solution for WP sites

Plugin works great, really smart selection of options (particularly styling options), and pulls in default CSS intelligently. Thanks so much to the plugin authors!
