It's unfortunate, this plugin had a lot of potential.
Unfortunately as you can see by the forum support on WordPress, 90% of posts are unanswered. This is the exact same for the Pro version - no help or recommendations for this plugin.
The team who created this have given me almost no help and sometimes even removed me from live chat.
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Getting this error when activating. Installation was succesful though. Am using a free version. Can somebody please help?
We bought PRO to take a part of the PRO features and because the Lite version was too incomplete for us to test well and 2 hours after, we asked for a refund as the product seemed incomplete and laggy. They won't refund you until you prove an issue that they cannot resolve, because they ain't giving a damn about how you are satisfied of not. I ain't talking about 3 weeks delay, 2 damn hours.
Give ridiculous excuses and not willing to fix bugs in the program.
If you are looking for a frontend publishing plugin DO NOT EVER consider this.
I tested the free version but I wanted to post Woocommerce posts which the free version does not allow. Their demo site is worse than useless as it didn't have woocommerce plugged in so I couldn't test the Pro version.
I spoke in length to the sales team ... ohhh they were so nice and assured me the plugin could handle frontend publishing of woocommerce products for all variants including Simple, Variable, Grouped and External - the External was essential to my business.
I went ahead and purchased the pro version (before I read the comments here) at $49; for that you'd expect something truly useful.
The form setup is a nightmare with almost nothing that works. It posts information to the wrong fields. I did have a developer friend look at the plugin and he stated it wasn't worth $1 let alone $49 - badly coded and full of bugs ... total garbage was the kindest word he had to say about it.
Support started off ok but as they soon realised they couldn't get it to work they started laying the blame at my feet telling me that I was trying to create fields that woocommerce doesn't support.
The fields in question were the Regular and Sales Price under External Post Type... according to support I had to put in three fields for woocommerce to calculate it. Think about it ... a user is presented with Regular Price / Sales Price and then Price - they'll be scratching their heads wondering what the dickens is the 'Price' for? According to support that's just the way it is.
Now for a refund ... Was told that the plugin works perfectly and they don't offer a refund if it's not their problem; but they will try to resolve that problem - they can't and won't. Their Refund Policy states that if you can't get it to work within 14 days they'll issue a refund ... they won't they'll just keep telling you it's not the fault of their plugin.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PLUGIN AND DO NOT BUY IT ... IT'S COMPLETE GARBAGE. 1 Star ... if there was a Minus Star it would be more appropriate.
I tried to get support and found the authors of this plugin are quite condescending to their customer.
I would NOT recommend this plugin. I suspect any plugin by this vendor will have the same results.
Crappy plugin, crappy support. Just crappy.
So the WP mod

I'm closing this review because a) you've made your opinion clear 10 times here (and that's excessive) and b) this review section is not your blog.
Feel free to share your opinion elsewhere, this review makes it clear how you feel about the plugin. My sincere suggestion? Stop using this one and try something else.
What staggers me is that he asked me what had happened, I explained it in great detail and he didn't even bother to get back to me.
And then when I posted again - he closes the thread!
Not even concerned about the fact that so many people are complaining about this product.
Does Jem have a vested interest I wonder??
Or did he object to me giving advice as to how people in the UK should go about gaining a refund for what is essentially a mis-advertised and misrepresented and broken product that WordPress.org still allows people to download.
Mate if you're gonna censor what people say then whats the point of having an open forum - either censor it and be honest about the fact you're censoring or just let people be.
You can't have it both ways fella!
I'm done now as clearly I am wasting my time if threads are going to be closed based on the "feeling" of one person.
Thats another 5 minutes of my life I won't get back!
I dom't suppose this comment will ever see the light of day before Jem steams in and censors it.
The feature list is misleading, not to mention the plug-in set up.
Worst of all, I paid for the PRO version but could've done what I wanted to do with the free version.
I emailed the dev within 12 hours and he still has not refunded me, 1 week later. He is very responsive UNTIL you ask him for your money.
Total waste of time trying the free version. Not a very good way to "sell" the pro version because you can't really try anything out. Demo of the pro version is also down.
