I don't recommend you to buy the PRO version. Since two years only bugs. I think the Authors have to create first a Product, which works and than to sale it. They try to create this Plugin since Years and it still doesn´t work. they want to but can´t not. We have to pay for for this?????? Terrible.

Using this plugin on production site with thousands users is really nightmare. Tons of bugs hang my site periodically. I bought PRO version and found the same bugs and the same problems. Certainly, it is a most buggy plugin I've ever seen.
Unfortunately this has one large draw back [pro version] in that it doesn't follow the correct WordPress GeoData format for it's google map field.
5 stars when it does.
We purchased the PRO version and had problems from day one. I had big hopes that this would solve the problems our users have trying to use the WordPress admin editor to create posts.
Problem #1: We wanted to give users an easy self posting front end, and this plug delivered that...almost. As soon as the plug is is enabled it also wants to force you to use their editor to edit pages, which I did not want. But their is no way to disable it, and any attempt to edit a page results in displaying an error page if you have not configure a page for editing pages!
Problem #2: oEmbed does not work to display media. Since this is a major feature my users need, to post videos, this is a show stopper. Sure they can get the embed code from YouTube or Vimeo like we did in the good 'ol days, but my users are paying for the luxury of not needing to learn how to do that.
Problem #3: No refund policy. No surprise here, take the money and run!
Plugin doesn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend free version to anyone. Don't know if pro good or bad, but personally I wouldn't risks any money for it.
I purchased the pro version which you think for the cost would be one of the better released for the limited functions it does, but alas it was not. Out of the box it was broken with bugs making it absolutely unusable. Their support told many users including myself to calm down while they fix yet, I still can't use the extension and expect that if they release an updated version they properly QA it. Getting my money back is out of the question even though I never used my license. If you are getting the free version you are probably save but if you are looking for a more robust paid user manager I went with http://codecanyon.net/item/userpro-user-profiles-with-social-login/5958681 this plugin is legit. Cheaper and much more amazing than this pos.
Having too many issues that do not work.
The free version of this plugin is USELESS. What problem is this plugin trying to solve ? Nothing!
WeDevs's support forum doesn't acknowledge if your post have been submitted or not when you are posting some request for help.
Plugin is buggy: my guest post users couldn't upload video since the plugin kept on asking the user to upload a video - after he selected and uploaded it ...
When contacting them by e-mail, CEO sends you a reply insinuating that you are not a customer.
Money (and time) wasted trying this plugin although it looked like a great plugin before purchasing it
We have purchased the Pro DEVELOPER Version (even though we are only utilizing one single install) of the plugin which advertises PRIORITY SUPPORT and that typically you only have to wait about 24 hours. We have been waiting for about 20 days now and still NOTHING! We have posted in the Pro Support area of the forum and everyone else's posts get answered including the free version support threads but ours is completely ignored. We've bumped the thread multiple times and still been completely ignored. Not a single response. You can see for yourself here:
Their dates on their forum posts even appear to be incorrect.
Even more interesting is if you look at their Facebook page reviews you will notice that some of their positive reviews come from their own staff! Very misleading...
We DO NOT like to leave negative reviews for developers and I'm not sure I've ever done such a thing in the past. I try to only leave positive reviews and pay for premium plugins even if I don't need their extra features just so that we can have the premium support. But as you can see in my post I gave them great opportunity to at least acknowledge my thread before I leave any negative reviews and they completely disregarded us anyways.
I don't care about a refund in any way. I don't care about writing bad reviews and making the developer look bad. I only care about getting the support I paid for and not being ignored. Provide us support immediately and I'll be glad to consider removing my review here if WP.org allows us but otherwise this is just too bad as we really liked your product.
