Wouldn't post
By , for WP 4.4.2

It wouldn't tweet the posts. I think the plugin needs to be updated for Twitter's current specs.

Bundling other plugins and taking down sites
By ,

BEWARE !! This plugin appears to be now piggybacking another plugin called freemium, which is a "monetization" plugin. The current release bricked one of our client's sites, due to an external blocking call that took 8+ seconds on EVERY page. I'd avoid any plugin that attempts to piggyback another plugin and install it without your consent.

Update with "Opt-In" notification ruined plugin
By ,

This plugin was functioning fine on our website for well over a year. With the most recent update, there is a notification to "Opt In" to provide data. NEITHER OPTION WORKS - i.e., you cannot opt in, you cannot skip. On top of this, it seems to be requiring a TON of resources to complete this process and has been crashing our database as a result. Unfortunately, we have decided to remove this plugin as a result. This plugin was GREAT for auto-updating a Twitter feed with posts. Hopefully they will address the bugs created with the last update.

Too much work for just a feed
By ,

i just wanted a Twitter feed and was faced with a list of instructions. I had to 'Create and Application' that then required me to enter my mobile phone number in my Twitter profile. At that point I gave up. I shouldn't have to visit three pages just to install a plugin!! Other plugs use the account I'm already logged in to. This plug is just a pain in the neck.

Quality has dropped since it went pro
By , for WP 3.9.2

Many functions have been stripped away since the plugin went pro. The free version is not useful anymore. Uninstalling.

app… APP?
By , for WP 3.8.1

Why do you need to register an app. I just want to tweet a thing

PRO stopped working
By , for WP 3.7.1

Purchased the PRO version for $39. Just stopped working. Emailed for support, no response from developer. Would not recommend spending money on PRO version because you will get no support.

Не работает
By , for WP 3.8

Не работает корректно с русскоязычной версией WordPress.

Remove the upgrade nag from dashboard!
By , for WP 3.5.2

What's with the nag on the admin dashboard? I've had this happen to two of my sites now: I hope you've enjoyed WP to Twitter! Take a look at upgrading to WP Tweets PRO for advanced Tweeting with WordPress!

We appreciate that you're providing a free plugin with nice service, but displaying this nag is not cool. Especially when you're using the general class of .updated

This app blows!!!
By , for WP 3.5.1

I've been using this app for my site thinking it would be easy to keep connected with my twitter followers. So disappointed with the app I needed to set up an account to tell DON'T USE THIS APP!!! more errors that you want to deal with. Haven't found a replacement but this is useless. Back to manually updating my followers for now.
