After 6 years still same bugs
By , for WP 4.3

It has been reported time and time again for 6 years.
The plugin serves a random page instead of the home page. Even when you specifically say not to cache it!
You would think an issue that major would get fixed in 6 years, well no, they still have no clue why it happens.

Just happy with this plugin!

Works like a charm! I have installed it on my WP website and was able to reduce load time from 5s to 1s! I wasn't really expecting such a dramatic improvement, really crazy, thank you so much! Keep up the good work!

Great! Really speeds up any website, even simple one-pagers.

Works like a charm on a standard WP installation. And really makes a difference in speed!

Gave 4 out of five stars because I also have a Bedrock set-up and needed to do some extra work.

For Bedrock add to config/evironments/*:
define( 'WP_CACHE', true );
define('WPCACHEHOME', '[full directory]/web/app/plugins/wp-super-cache/');

it works

Outstanding speed improvement

I am hosted on economical Namecheap hosting, which is not known for its speed on WP installs. WPCache sped my benchmark to 1/7 the load time for key pages. Awesome, thank you!

Why is This Plugin So Popular?

Over the last year, I've tried out WP Super Cache maybe five times on various websites I've been authoring, and without fail, on activation and a viewing (no settings altered) of the settings page, both the admin panel and the website itself crash to a white screen.

I realise that this will probably mean a page speed that's through the roof, but what's the crack here?

Latest attempt was because W3TC is now giving perpetual error messages. Do any caching plugins actually work nowadays?
