Complete statistics for your WordPress site.
Installed without a problem, but as has already been reported, the stats don't make any sense - way out of whack with reasonable expectations. For some reason, this plugin also really slows down my site. Access times are double what they should be. When the plugin is removed, access times return to normal. It may just be that it doesn't play nice with other plugins I have installed - don't know. But since the results aren't useful, didn't lose anything by removing it.
I tried to delete all plugin data using the delete/uninstall option in plugin settings menu (I think that's what it is called, not sure as I don't have it anymore) and as soon as I clicked the button my site went blank, just a white page was displayed. Couldn't get to the wp-admin menu of course and the only solution was to delete the plugin folder via FTP. Be very, very careful and think twice before you install this little gem.
When installing the update, my blog got killed completely. Was able to fix it due to documentation on support page - however I don't recommend people to have to go through this.
I have the current version (8.8) of that plugin, my WP installation is up-to-date — and this plugin is absolutely unusable, a plugout, in fact. Not only does it provide results that are in the order of 10 times too high compared to real visit / hit counts (as provided by Google Analytics and other tools), it also has serious internal errors: I regularly encounter instances where for a given day the Hits graph has a factor 2 error (too high), or conversely, the number logged is 2 times the value shown in the graph. Good luck to anyone who is considering to monetize based on these visitor stats! I have tried my best to exclude counts from local tools (e.g., link checking) — to no avail. Are you counting database transactions rather than pages / posts served? If every image would generate a hit count, that might explain the results — but of course that would be useless. If indeed, as a recent report indicates, the plugin also includes malware, then that's not just bad, but a disaster. I'll remove the plugin now.
Can't even activate it because it needs php 5.3
[Expletive deleted], i don't know how to update php as i'm not a freaking programer.
This plugin requires PHP version 5.3.0 and above.
As I use a shared server, not one that I build myself, I have no choice about the version of PHP. This makes the plugin unusable for me.
It's a pity, because this plugin looks exactly like what I want.
This is the most annoying plugin out there- I check my blog once a week and I can always be sure there's an update for this program. What is this- a Flash Plugin? BOOOOOO! I finally got rid of it, and I'll never look back. It'll save an extra round-trip to the database anyway. Good riddance!
