Horrible, horrible documentation, don't even think about using this if you're a user without any WordPress knowledge and just want a easy to install and implement plugin.

After trying to make the thing work with a custom theme, I gave up. There are pretty much a lot of other better E-Cart/Commerce plugins out there that don't make you shred your hair follicles as much as this.

I'm pretty sure they made the documentation cluttered and hard to read so they can earn money through "1-on-1 Premium Support", which costs you $47 a QUESTION. Yes, that's right. ONE support question costs you $47 before your shop even sees a sale.

Online help is limited as well because nobody (except the developers) know how to use the plugin themselves.

Just because they have lots of downloads doesn't mean they're going to be good (that's what I found out, sadly).

Many bugs

This plugin has so many bugs. It loads unacceptably slowly. Incompatible with many other plugins. Avoid!

Full of bugs, no support and a completely frustrated community

This plugin is bad, and the developers should feel bad.

I really can't overemphasize how terrible this plugin has become. I've used it for years with some success but in the last six to eight months it's become essentially unusable. Do yourself a favor and check out WooCommerce, or really any other commerce plugin — using this one is the first step to failure.

The "support" for this software is embarrassing at best. Even having paid for support you can't get anyone to answer emails... ever. Take a look at their forums http://getshopped.org/forums/ you'll find that just about every topic is full of people not getting any help.

The last bug won't let people buy things! They posted an update on their blog letting everyone know that the plugin they wrote isn't compatible with the premium add-on THEY WROTE! They finally got around to making a quick patch for the error and even now no one seems to see it as being resolved, in fact the "fix" let the error continue while introducing new errors.

This is some sad, sad development. Just avoid the plugin. Move on. Save yourself the headache.

The team working on it are a bit over their heads. Rather than doing a few things really well they tried doing everything and it all ends up being mediocre.

The problem is consistency.

I wish them luck, maybe in 5 years this plugin is going to be amazing. For now I'm just giving up. I'm tired of searching through templates. I'm just tired of all the half-done wordpress ecommerce plugins. I went back to selling on ebay. Yeah I'm losing $2.48 on each sale from fees. But at least I can sell something without worry.

I'm not going to go into more detail, I've wasted enough time. Look at the 1 star reviews and decide for yourself.

Poor support, bug fixes break other functions

I can't believe anyone would pay for this wreck of a plugin. Support, even when your upgrade to paid, is negligible at best.

dont waste your time

This plugin has more 1 stars than any other, should be a clue. I didn't listen to that clue or all the reviews of this ecommerce being buggy. It worked pretty good until 3.8.9 released. Immediately broke my 3 sites. They did a quick fix on that one though. Later to find out shipping was broke from the update. Lost the ability to enter any numbers in the shipping and weights section of product edit, both new and previous products. This might even be fixed by now but after posting on their "support" forum the only replies I had were my own with additional information for finding a fix. I waited a week for nothing and was losing sales. Finally I switched to a different ecommerce and now that I've gotten past the learning curve I have figured out that the one I'm using now is actually better anyway. So now I have about 200 items to relist. Its gonna be a long weekend.

It's not worth the work you have to do in order to fix bugs

As mentioned above, support is poor. Well, the plugin is very buggy, if they think that that's the way of getting money, I'm going back to HTML, no problem!
