I upgraded to 3.9 and got an error message compaining about the template. Edward from tech support spent nearly a half hour helping me get the matter sorted. All's well that ends well! Thank you Ed!

Impressed by the improvements. Easy to use for those who put in the products. Done well enough to have a decent webshop, even with a few extra fields. Customizations do require (as always) coding experience.

I had problem. I asked support on built in chat and I had problem fixen in a few minutes!
Had to pick up a support ticket after some time and after setting up a staging site for further testing. Edward was very helpful and helped me resume the ticket handling. Great to find a helpful hand behind the Chat.
