I like the WP Ecommerce plugin and the support is fast and expert! Excellent.
We recently updated to a new server -and thus a new PHP version-.
As we were still using an old version of the plugin, we ran into some problems.
After contacting the online support, we got feedback and support right away. Our problems were solved with the fast and correct help!
I had an issue that I could not resolve on my own, and my support rep Ray was extremely patient with me, had great communication skills, and promptly helped me to resolve my issue.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ray, he really did go above and beyond what he needed to do for me to satisfy his job requirements.

after crisis updates from VERY old WP and theme and webshop to newest versions, lots wasn't working, but first I got excellent help figuring out how to update gold cart plugin then again superb help fixing old theme/shop files to newest situation.
