It looks like an excellent plugin but I can not get passed the page to purchase the PRO VERSION. How can I give a rating when the developer is playing games and not being truthful with the subscribers.
Poor client support, developer never sent proposed v1.8 and doesn't reply to emails. I paid for the pro version and never received the update.
The page load became slow and some fields in Contact form 7 froze.
On activation, the settings page is only asking to buy pro version. Big advertisement covers the whole page. No way to bypass it. Nothing in the Q&A section also.
On the surface, this Plugin is the idea solution.
However, in practice, the plugin 'kills' a lot of the Article links - email address, websites etc., especially the Advertising Banner click-throughs.
This is not good for a new website based on advertising income.!
I have emailed Support 2 days ago outlining this issue. I am still waiting for a reply. In the meantime, I fear I have no alternative, other than to deactivate this Plugin and find an alternative solution. Very annoying especially when I have paid for the Premium version.
This allows mouse right click
Nobody should run anything remotely like this on their site. If you have content you legitimately need protected, hide it behind secured pages that require a user to be logged in to view them. This is a joke, and very easily circumvented.
This plugin is a nightmare for anyone intending to social share content. Blog writers beware. This has a conflict with Open Graph Protocol whereas your site will be cached as Google.com. There are anonymity features built into this. However, most blog writers want their content found and shared. If you want to protect your content so much that no one finds or reads it, well then this is a great plugin. If you want your content to be found and shared, then this will kill your site.
It does not fully protect against illegal image downloads. All a user has to to is left click on an image to open it in its own window and then download or copy the image. Works every time and it is a waste of money.
This is no protection for your content and a bad idea even if it did "technically" work. If your content is that valuable, it must be behind a password.
I was easily able to do a screen capture (Shift-PrintScreen on Gnome 3 desktop), view the source code (via the browser's menu) and snatch any/all images (via browser's cache and source code view).
False sense of "security" for people who have a fear of having their content "stolen" - such a plug-in *is* a double rip off as it will not stop your content from being ripped off of your site.
