Great way to document your website. It would be nice if there were a way to alphabetize the list of topics within the Knowledgebase. The fact that you can decide what the slug is for your custom content is a nice feature, in case you had tried to do something similar on your own. (In our situation we had a custom post type called "Notes" that we were able to transition into this KB setup.)
As a web developer I find this plugin super user-friendly and useful.
I use this for putting youtube helpvideos in the admin panel.
