The ability for users to edit their comments is a feature sadly lacking in WordPress, so this is very welcome. Works great on my multisite, too!
This is the best comment tool I ever seen. It save my time and make the site management better
Thanks for making this plugin.
this is a very good one , highly recommended
all the best ♥
The plugin has the exact capabilities I was looking for, but for various reasons my site is better served by the stripped-down version, Simple Comment Editing. Still, I was glad to find this plugin.
Works great - author responsive which is half the battle. Tako movable comments plugin interferes with it though at the user (not admin) level.
This plugin is a must for proper, seamless management of comments, including on the part of the visitors that write comments - how many times did you wish you could fix a spelling error in your comment on some site, but the respective website wouldn't have that functionality - extremely frustrating. Well, my sites won't make that same mistake.
Great support from author!
The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are a) I wish it had options for a simpler, stripped downs, more seamless front-end, like Simple Comment Editing (no light box etc..), and b) I wish it didn't put its CSS and JS directly into the page, but in external files.
The plugin broke the Advanced AJAX Page Loader plugin.
Advanced AJAX Page Loader detect the edit comment the athoner page, and try load, but can't load, becouse the edited page not vaild page...
Otherwise looks good,i very sad that not working:S
The interface of the modal editing sections are raw, not styled, and does not call the default theme stylesheets in the iframe. Ugly as H.
For a better star, this must be fixed otherwise this plug cant be use for a seriuos client.
The backend gets cluttered by all the options for each comment. Yes, there is a extra click for admins to use the default edit link, but the user experiance gets down by all the squiiiiized in options.
If using hover menues, this cleans up the view, but we all are towards responsive design and presentations. No hover stuff for me.
To force colobox to the front end, its better to make this plug depended by the great Colorbox for WordPress plugin.
This is a horse, well done working but needs a lot of layout work.
Give it som css love boys!
Tested on WP 3.5.1. and WooCommerce 2.0.9,
In the middle you will see 'Post author e' text error in the framework using default theme.
Works in tandem with Inline Ajax Comments, but WP Ajax Edit Comments looses its storefront edit comment functionality only.
