It is a great PlugIn and very useful. Easy to install and to edit.
A very easy-to-use and very usefull.
The toolbar is very small and doesn't anoy for 'normal' visualization and it can help to everyone who need them.

Good work, lot of options!
I mostly got this for the ability to change the visual options since the theme I am using is pretty good. It handles text from the core WordPress components well, but may not properly address text generated by plugins. For example, Jetpack's Twitter widget doesn't respond to the color or size changes that WP Accessibility tries to apply. Be aware also that regardless of the tool you use, enlarging the print is probably going to make parts of your layout look pretty funky. People who would just like to be able to read it in the first place will forgive you that. If you do nothing else for accessibility, at least install this.
However, I have to add that unless you understand what the options mean and what your theme does or does not do, you may have some trouble deciding how to implement this plugin.
Exactly the kind of plug-ins that helps authors doing a better job - precious when you don't have the time nor the skills to hack your themes, but still want to publish fairly accessible content.
ATMac is generally pretty accessible but I still found a bunch of features in this plugin which covered features that I didn't have in my base theme which is very helpful.
There are a couple of very minor niggles: Setting in the 'Misc' sections of the settings which I couldn't find explained in the documentation (what's "Make row actions always visible" mean?). I also made the mistake of putting a URL in the 'site map' settings for later use which ended up displayed on screen even though the Skiplinks global setting was off.
This is a fantastic plugin for everyone working on improving their site accessibility. Major props to the developer.
I installed this app to go on a school website but found an issue with filtering categories in posts. Within half an hour of contacting the Joe he had fixed the plugin and updated it on WordPress.
Very, very impressed
The WP Accessibility plugin adds accessibility features that many theme authors miss. It's very simple to use and offers many options. My favorite features are 1. Changing the "more" links to more meaningful links and 2. removing the target attribute from links.
This plugin has many options to get your site accessible.... it's a must have!
