Garbage error message
By , for WP 4.3.1

Latest update has somehow made matters worse. It's time to find an alternative folks.

Still tries to scare the user into disabling competing sitemap plugins, even when the sitemap plugin of WordPress SEO is not enabled.

Very sloppy, at this point it's just here to push their paid service.

The Best SEO Plugin out there.

I've tried several plugins for SEO but this is the winner :)

Incompatible with Jetpack
By , for WP 4.2.1

Installing this plug in was a disaster. It is incompatible with jetpack and when you share the pages in social media it looks like crap. I had to desactivate it and delete the plug in in order to get my page back in order. I don't recommend it.

i want to remove custom and virtual robot.txt
By , for WP 4.2.1

HI all,
I have used seo Yoast in my site. It creates robot.txt by default. I want to remove it. Because it is creating the problem to google crawl. Can you please tell me any solution.

Is there any other?

Works great. Very easy to use, lots of great notes and instructions.

Please stop the click hijacking updates!
By , for WP 4.2

Every time this plugin has an update, I click to go somewhere else in the admin menu and this plugin hijacks my click to take me to it's update screen.

There's nothing important there, it's simply a waste of time for everyone using this plugin.

Otherwise this plugin is great, but please stop hijacking our clicks. Really stupid and shameful practice.

Not as great as it used to be

I've used Yoast's plugin for years because it gives me so many things I want. Beyond titles and meta descriptions, the canonicals and XML sitemaps are things I use a lot. But lately the plugin has just grown so big it's hard to keep it running smoothly on the largest site I manage. Currently looking at other options because it takes up too many resources. I would love it if this plugin could scale back and have modules, similar to WooCommerce, so I could leave out all the things I don't use.
