Support yourself

Really wanted this to work. Liked the way it looked on the mobile, but from a commercial stand point can't see it's for me.
Had problems with API, not Mobile Packs fault, but support was slow.
Problems with any form of interaction which makes it hard to figure out how this will help business. Again support slow.

Seriously can't rely on this for running a business.

Great for bloggers but think twice about using it commercailly

Could be great but support is horrible

I tried the free version and it was such a smooth and beautiful mobile layout I had to upgrade. I run ads on my site and you have to upgrade to run ads.

36 hours later and I still can't get help from support to get ads running. In their help files they have a simple step by step process to install ads. Unfortunately even though I followed this process the ads still would not show up on my site.

Someone from support replied to a few of my emails and we had diologue then they just stopped replying for no apparent reason. Its frustrating because I really loved the layout and the look of this mobile design. It's a shame they didn't care enough about me as a customer to assist me. I have requested a refund and if I do not get it I will be filing a resolution request with paypal.

OK for a while, and then . . .

Worked great for a while, then crapped out on me. People using mobile could not connect (Error: Too Many Redirects). Guess that's what happens when you don't buy the premium version. But now I'm scared to buy the premium version!

Was really good. Not anymore.

Since 'upgrading', what was a nice simple mobile compatibility plugin is now too 'shiney' i.e. tries too much to look fancy and has lost the point. Web browsers that should display the normal website are displaying the mobile site and the template has no relevance whatsoever to the website and unless I pay for premium, I can't change the theme.
I would rather have something basic that actually works than something that looks all bells and whistles but lacks any real substance and doesn't work as it should.

wasn't what I wanted and extremely hard to uninstall!

I was testing mobile optimization plugins and had to revert my database to get rid of this plugin because it was pervasive and annoyingly wouldn't uninstall without breaking my site.
