Gets rid of the yellow padlock/warning sign
By , for WP 4.2.4

If you're going to implement SSL into your WordPress site, you can't go past this plugin. It was recommended by my hosting provider (Namecheap) and it works perfectly.

Don't do it!

Do not install this, at least not until updated!

Amazing, it changes everything inside the code to https

It even fixes Contactform-7 :-)
Regarding older browsers it would make sense having an option not to force SSL, but instead autofix everything if the site is called at port 443.

Works great

This is the only plugin that I could find that turned got rid of the yellow padlock. Some images were uploaded via HTTP. This plugin forces the entire site to be HTTPS when you add / in the settings. Thank you to the author for updating this to work again.

Despite not being updated in some time, it works great

This plugin continues to work perfectly, though I was glad to see that the developer is back at work on an update. I appreciate his dedication to this plugin.

Works Great On WordPress 4.2.2

Great plugin that gets the job done with no insecure errors.

I found that also changing my sites urls to https in general setting works the best. Especially using Yoast SEO to default my sitemaps to https. Otherwise sitemaps are http and force https does not work.

I also use this code snippet in wp-config to force wp-admin to https:

define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true);
if ($_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO'] == 'https')

Also this mod works great with this plugin. Make your WordPress site use protocol relative urls.

Quite useful for making a post or page accessible by standard http protocol. I use it for my webcams that do not support tls encryption.

Works with the latest version of WP

Immediately gave me green padlock

I was reluctant to try because it's not been updated in a long time.
But I was frustrated with not being able to get the "caution" error off my https.
This fixed it where others did not.
Also, author has a note in admin area from April 2015 that he will be updating soon, but again it worked perfectly for me.

was adding 750 queries to every page...
