It is the second (and last) time that this plugin fired me off from admin area after an update!
I'm sorry but nothing to do, backuped database, removed tables, renamed the folder, empty the cache... The issue still up, I was forced to restore by backup my sites (and I lost 2 days of work).
Please consider to TEST TEST AND TEST a plugin before to release an update.
Nothing against you, and sorry again but I'm really nervous at this time...
Ok never mind... I give up
It just gives me the security that I really need.
As another reviewer said: "Fantastic application firewall, helps me sleep at night"
If I could only ever have one WordPress plugin, it would be Wordfence.
It does what is says.
It has helped me scan the site for suspicious activity.
Cumple todas las medidas de seguridad.
We had a customer who failed to update their WordPress site get infected with a bot-net that propagated through WP vulnerabilities. The WP update broke the child-theme our now former WP theme programmer created for us. This plugin helps us keep tabs on security while we work to fix code that's broken by security patches.
I've been using wordfence for the past 2 years on all of my websites (15+) and ever since the latest update all the virus scans that this plugin attempts to do are met with an error stating that my server is out of memory.
I've configured my server to use 256m of memory in the php.ini but wordfence still fails to scan files, even though the plugin itself says i have enough memory in its diagnostic panel.
The worse thing about this problem is that when the scans stop (Due to running out of memory) it locks your site up as the scan keeps on scanning.
If the developers manage to fix this issue then I will change this review as everything was fine before, its literally since i updated this plugin as nothing else updated.
I've tried the free plugin on antoher site I designed, so for my current site, I did'nt think twice on buying the pro-version!Superb!Love it :D
You wont believe how many hackers you have trying to break in when you get your Wordfence reports.
