WooCommerce is a powerful, extendable eCommerce plugin that helps you sell anything. Beautifully.
Latest update doesn't work. Crashed my Dashboard. Had to go back to previous backup. What a waste of time …
These thinks make me mad.
Agree with cubaton3 - this has caused a huge crash in our websites functionality & we now have to PAY our web hosting company to get the backup of the previous version installed so that it can resolve the issue - we have looked at & read all the info & help listed in the support but it has not fixed the problem
The system was working perfect for the last year now this update and all of the changes have effected every plugin on our website aswell as all of our stylesheets & coding on the site which has lead to it crashing and not even being able to load the main front page anymore...
WooCommerce is totally broken, lost my sidebar, lost some menu items and I can't place orders, I said what the authors said about changing the theme to the default and switching it back, but it doesn't work, is really stupid that is a theme problem, the one who has to be fixed is WooCommerce which is the one that brought all the broken stuff in, i'm really dissapointed, WooCommerce needs to step up their game.
После установке перестают рабоать ЧПУ на всем сайте.
I asked 2 questions, No Support for that.
if we add more than one type of product in the cart there is no option for different shipping on cart products.
I am giving this a one-star rating from the perspective of someone who's a bit beyond the basics of coding and Web design but not a developer.
The potential is there but conflicts between 3 reasonably good clean themes (two that they said would work) and the Woocommerce plugin meant I wasted 4 days learning all about it and trying find solutions - few references even came near. The code is extremely messy, much seems redundant and delving into it is like trying to enter a jungle with a penknife. The documentation is very thin on the ground, not very well explained and I have the impression that everything is trying to suck you into paying $30 a month which is not at all possible when you are trying to set up a site.
Great plugins when they work but if you need help from the support staff....forget it. I've been waiting days for a response from their contact page and a support ticket with nothing....eeeshhh.
Very slow support whenever there is an issue. Every time there is an update there is incompatibility issues. Unless you have your own developer willing to troubleshoot, it's not worth the headache. On top of that, the plug ins are pretty pricey, might as well use a monthly ecommerce system that offers better support.
Bought three of their commercial addons -- close to $300 -- and have not had any response to a support ticket I submitted 5 days ago.
Even free plugins provide better support than that!
I will not ever recommend WooCommerce again.
