After updating to the latest version my site got a 500 internal server error which could only be fixed by deleting woo commerce. I tried multiple re-installs and work arounds to no avail. Got absolutely no response in the support forum. Never going to consider this plugin again.
After update I receive a "500 Internal Server Error" and no enter to admin panel.
this is just terrible. It worked great before and when I updated it messed up the whole site and system. All the image sizes, resolution and formatting is completely messed up. If this was a new page there would be more time to fix it, but now i have customers coming to a messed up page
I have seen 3 posts about subjects that I was interested in.. no support for the product.
The response time to any issue is 3 to 8 days.
What if I have a problem???
My store looked as I want to display something under my bed, not as if like to sell anything= all jumbled: one description long , one medium, one picture shorter, one way larger, even though my picture sizing was all 500X 500.
Of course nobody helped to fix that problem and I was refered to read zillions of forum pages. When I questioned anything the answer was: "What you want, it is free."
They succered me into paying $79 for an instant download plugin, which could have had totally free paypal. THAT made me mistrust those guys, since they KNEW I was not making an informed choice, but just took their word for, since they were the "experts".
Yes, I was stupid to use WooCommerce, set up my store for hour with their plugin, but not too stupid to continue and wait for a difficulty transaction to arrive and for those FREE guys to give me their delayed expert lies.
More than 3 months preparations, migration that has costed us fortune and now we are facing a choice of spending over £10k or finding another solution.

Then I have decided on convincing all my colleagues to move away from BigCommerce and Jigoshop. As soon as Security auditor heard WooCommerce it was the end of the conversation... PCI DSS will not approve software which is not supported by PCI DSS accredited company + software that comes from development company which had a breach on their website.

If anyone thinks of using WooCommerce ask them for a PCI DSS SAQ D level certificate. Until they show you one, all the payment gateways which take payment on your website are in breach of PCI DSS. Complete waste of time and money!
After losing fair bit of money we are moving our bigcommerce websites to Jigoshop, a decent software provider.
The latest Woocommerce has ruined my entire shop, I can't get any help with it from Woo nor the forums either. I have no 'my accounts' page, no 'cart', no 'checkout' page etc - in short I no longer have anything that customers need to be able to make a purchase and nobody is willing to help.
This piece of crap costs me loads of time and money and it still is. I'm glad I tested it for a smaller website because if I would have converted my larger website to Woocommerce I would now be bankrupt. Woocommerce randomly setting shipped and cancelled orders to processing again, over and over and over..
I have had to replace 2 credit cards after I have realised that I have lost over 1300 dollars... Well done Woocommerce!
Now how the company that is unable to deal with their own security issues can provide a software with PCI DSS payment gateways???
I was soooo interested in this plugin because it had so many add-ons I wanted to pay to use. After installing this on a fresh (brand new) wordpress site and receiving 404 errors for every single page and post (including the pre-existing sample ones), I posted a support thread to get some help. My topic was 'closed' 5 minutes after I posted it without a response.
Do not waste your time on this plugin. It didn't work for me AT ALL!
