The plugin worked for about half a year, and now with everything fully updated, it just simply turned off. My license key no longer works, and when I try to write the author about the problem, he claims my transaction ID doesn't match anything in his records.
Extremely shifty, especially since multiple users are reporting the issue. I would avoid anything from TrottyZone in the future entirely. I lost hundreds of dollars in sales because of this. Even logging into TrottyZone with the same account that made the purchase, there was no way to access a license code that works.
Very poor support. Very unknowledgeable staff. Very unhelpful. Even if it works again in the future, I can't risk this kinda of loss again. My advice is to avoid at all possible costs.

The pro version of this plugin doesn't work. There are tons of bugs, and there is no support. The developer is being extremely unethical and irresponsible by charging money for a pro version of this which is buggy and for which he provides virtually no support.
It does not load and We all paid for something that is not working. Should be taken out of the market and the devoleper penalized.
After using this plugin for half a year successfully with WP 3.8.1 and woo commerce 2.1.x, I´ve now updated to Woocommerce 2.2.x and WP 4.1. What can I say, it doesn´t work at all anymore and there seems to be no new version to fix the problems. Spending money didn´t help ... what a pity! The plugin was nice, but now is useless! It´s a shame ...
This plugin was working fine for me for a couple of months and then one day it broke my checkout and I lost tons of sales. The only way to get my checkout to work was to deactivate the plugin. The most recent update didn't help.
I can't access their documentation either and when I submitted a ticket about it it took them 20 days to respond saying "log in with the same email address used with purchase of the plugin." As if I didn't do that already. No other support and I won't wait another 20 days to get a total bs response.
I'd give this zero stars if I could.
I tried the free version but I needed more functionality so I decided to purchase the Pro version and this was a huge mistake. I even purchased two licenses. I received the download file but I never got the license keys to make the plugin work. I contacted the company over 3 times, I even opened a thread in their forum where I found other people complaining about the same issue. Well, they deleted the thread. I decided to request a refund from PayPal but they said they cannot resolve the case in my favor, because this was service they cannot track. :( And so I lost $45 and I never got what I paid for.
Be careful before you purchase this plugin or simply never use anything from these guys! There are many other developers that work hard to provide awesome service so just go ahead with them!
Wish I had thought to check this before purchasing the PRO version, but the free version seemed to work fine. Just need additional fields which the PRO version said it would accommodate. Having an issue with the license code and getting the plugin to work, but no response from support yet. Quite disconcerting, especially if PayPal won't refund. Seems there certainly should be enough complaints so far to warrant some action.
Disappointing. Looked like such a promising plugin and a great price.
I bought the PRO version, I have found some bugs and asked for support on Trottyzone Forums, via Contact Form, via e-mail but never received any kind of support or even answer.
The plugin developer is completely ignoring me and other customers.
Furthermore the plugin isn't compatible with WooCommerce 2.2.x since Conditional Field Radio Buttons don't display at all.
I wrote again to Trottyzone but received any support.
Never trust this developer who writes on his homepage “Guaranteed support” but never gives it to paying customers.
9/12/14: I just purchased the pro version of this plugin. There is no support and the "forum" is rife with dissatisfied customers - and no responses to their problems. And, most importantly, the plugin isn't working. I'll have to take this up with paypal.
Also, the software functionality doesn't match the documentation provided.
