Non-functional drop down menus & slow!
By , for WP 4.5.2

After integrating and setting this up, the drop down menus do not respond to any theme that is chosen on WP 4.5.2. Every aspect has been debugged, but the code will not change the functions perspective.

The plugin lags very badly taking 10 seconds to load even on a server that runs APCu + Apache + mod_pagespeed and cloudflare.

slow
By , for WP 4.5.2

the amount of time this thing adds to your whmcs page load is just insane!

my whmcs load time? 1-2s
with whmcs bridge? 20s minimum (usually 30-50). was about 3-4x that (minimum) before i switched to ls and caching on that end.

this thing overloads processes like nobody's business.
20-30 php processes per page view!

not sure where these guys "learned" to develop software, but yikes... this is just scary stuff here.

dev refuses to acknowledge or address issues such as addslashes showing up in tickets, etc (find another way to filter stuff).

Broken, no support
By , for WP 4.4.2

Breaks themes, screws up jquery on default WP and support does not respond to tickets.

It was great 10 years ago
By , for WP 4.4.1

5 years ago a website looking like what you get when using this plugin probably would be fine, but today no. The functionality of the plugin is another thing save time and money and order a customization of your WordPress and the Templates directly with WHMCS or another who does that you will have a much more complet working and good looking site in the end for 1/12th of the price you should pay if you bought the pro of this.

Does not work properly
By , for WP 4.2.2

The newest version have bugs that display blank pages in many places. Not only for me, but for other users as well, but it seems like the dev does not care... have not responded to tickets...

the free version is a joke

the free version is a joke, absolutely rubbish !

DON'T BUY !!! RIPOFF does not work full you have to hack it to work in SSL
By , for WP 3.9.1

Hello ,

Please understand this warning. I purchased a Lifetime license and paid $150.00 to Zingrri I think they sold the plugin to i-plugins . I got an email one day that my account was transferred to i-plugins. Ok fine so I need some support for SSL issue since day one it has been a problem.

I went to i-plugin site and my account was not found , I could not login. So I registered not once twice and now for my third time.
I have come to realize they are not honoring what I have paid for the plugin already. Now I need to pay additional 50.00 are you kidding me ? anyway to my point this company just kept deleting my account . I kept registering not thinking anything of it but they just removed it . So lets see some clear information. I only had the plugin for about 4-5 months. Never got my money's wroth. Just go look at their site would you do business with a site like that ? Don't you get that feeling maybe you should not purchase from them?. Go with your gut don't do it.

1) No support
2) Site unfished
3) not fully working plugin since day 1
4) After todays upgrade its not working anymore i need to pay for more.
5) I open a ticket 3 days response time.
I am going to get [ link deleted, please do not post links in reviews ] for 19 BUCKs 1 year support

Good Plugin,But.....
By , for WP 3.8.1

It is good plugging, but free version alters the IP address to show the servers IP address instead of visitor and that is a security risk!

as far as pro version, if you put it out for sale would be ok, but you put it for lease ($55 per year) and there is no buy out.

I bought a expensive template and then installed this plugin (which was coming with template) after installation I realized what is going on!

your plugin alters the IP address on purpose! no one should see the IP address your server, except your clients (after purchase and registration) that's why all the webhosting websites have SSL and max security.

No support, broken features
By , for WP 3.5.1

The coupon codes for WHMCS do not work with this plugin. You enter the coupon code and a big javascript popup occurs with the webpage source code. When you click OK the coupon does not apply. I'm using the default wordpress theme and the default/recommended WHMCS theme. Tried with a fresh install in a test environment and had the same issues. Asked for support a couple weeks ago, followed up multiple times, and I'm being ignored. I was doing a test drive of this free version before buying the full version. With how this has progressed, I cannot recommend the free version or the pay version of this plugin.

Revised review - very limited support
By , for WP 3.5.1

Revised review. Yes a brilliant plugin but you need the paid version for it to work correctly, so buy it and save yourself hours trying to get it working.

Support and documentation very limited even for the paid version which is very disappointing.

If we offered that level of support to our hosting customers, we would be out of business! I get the impression this is a young company with very limited retail experience, caught up in the typical 'get back to you in 48 hours' mentality.

Oh yes, no support on weekends either so do not install it on a Friday just in case you cannot get it working.

I hope to be able retract this review if this company lifts its' game!
