What The File adds an option to your toolbar showing what file and template parts are used to display the page you’re currently viewing.
The idea for the PRO version.
What plug-ins use which template / file on this page
egz buddypress events manager etc.
Helpful tool when you need to adapt templates
I stumbled upon this plugin, and absolutely love it. I don't have to try to remember where every thing in the theme is now, as I can just look at what this plugin tells me, and I know the exact files that are being displayed. Love it.
Just finishing up a VERY custom WooCommerce build with many many custom templates for product category pages, and this plugin is so convenient to quickly see what template is being displayed currently on any page/post/category etc.
A big time saver and a great helper during my debugging process on different pages and respective templates.
Thank you very much for a great plugin. I have been using this since last 4 -5 months and I really like it. For it's a must have plugin for my works.
One note: It will be great if this plugin can support Woo-commerce!
So so good.
Haven't found a problem yet!
Sometimes I come upon a client's WordPress site that was built by a previous developer and any sort of filenaming convention has been overlooked for templates. "What The File" gets right down to the file I need to work on without having to weed through the server. Great job on this plugin. I now install it on every site I work on before even starting to work. A must-have in any developer's plugin list.
Frankly I dont know what I would do without it. It has saved me hours of digging. Good job
When working on a site, this plugin is a must for me!
