This is a simple yet reasonably powerful plugin to give user rights to clients, so that they can experiment with some options, but limiting them access to certain menu items in the dashboard, which is for their benefit, so they don't screw things in their website.
I've found that to suit my needs I need to use this plugin with Adminize, an excellent plugin in its own right. In theory with Adminize and User Role Editor you can have more options for allowing access to menu items than this plugin, but nevertheless it's a good plugin, and the PRO version might be worth it for some of you.

Adds a Webmaster user role between Administrator and Editor. By default this user is the same as Administrator, without the capability to manage plugins or change themes
Thanks for this simple, one-click solution to the no-super-admin problem. I hope to see that role built into non-multi-site installations in the future. In the meantime, this works!

Useful to work on a site with another webmaster users, who does not need to be admin to be able to do common actions.
Great plugin to help secure the site from accidental theme installation or plugin install/updates without running it by you, the web designer first... I install this plugin on each new client's site now before launching!
